Account Manager
(Full Time)

In this role, you will be a major influence on our customer's experience with our business. You will manage in store walk-ins and maintain communication with customers via email, website, social media DMs and phone calls. As a team we desire to have a space that allows you to be creative! Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build work relationships with our customers

  • Take customers through the entire sales order process: receive, track, and fulfill inquiries (via website, email, phone call, social media, and in store walk-ins)

  • Learning the brands we carry, and knowing the difference in quality and style. This is important as most of our customers rely on us for recommendations in these specific areas​

  • Creative - While we will teach you our process, as you grow with us we want you to use your creative mind to help us improve our sales and customer relation process!

  • Organized - you will be managing in store walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media DMs. Being organized is crucial for the flow of operations

  • Awesome time management skills 

  • *BONUS NOT REQUIRED* -  experienced with professional social media content, graphic design, digital marketing, LOVES COFFEE

The Job Details:​

  • Paid Hourly (36 Hours / Week)

  • Schedule is Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:00

  • *This is an in person position only (no virtual) at our office located in the heart of Sumter (600 Bultman Dr. STE 3)
